Conveyor type system feature a fixed vehicle moving system. As cars enter the facility, the automated washing process begins on the conveyor belt controlled by a Plc computer. It proceeds systematically, with various washing stages initiated as each car advances through the tunnel, culminating in drying operations upon exiting the facility.

These Conveyor Tunnel type machines efficiently wash and dry vehicles up to 220cm in width and 250cm in height, depending on the selected model.

The Conveyor Type Car Wash System handles 30-45 to 60 vehicles per hour, applying shampoo, foam, and varnish for a high-quality wash and dry. Utilizing fans with 2 * 3 HP for the vehicle top profile and 2 * 5.5 HP fixed side fans, it ensures thorough drying. The system’s length can be adjusted from 9 meters to up to 30 meters, accommodating various optional equipment selections.

Consecutive vehicle pickup times are displayed on the digital operator panel, providing operators with real-time updates on the washing process.

Our Conveyor Type Car Wash System includes a warning system for point-by-point fault detection, alerting operators to any issues via the digital display screen. All brushes in the machine are power-controlled, ensuring efficient operation.

Horizontal and fixed side drying units enhance efficiency by closely following the vehicle profile during drying. The conveyor belt offers two speed options, with the second speed ideal for increased throughput during peak operation periods.
